Remote Office Partner For Fly-Fishing & Eco-Travel Industry

I provide business solutions for the fly-fishing industry and…

I am looking to create a new relationship with the owner of a fishing lodge to help with one or all of the following: Sales, Marketing, Advertising, Client Branded Reservations, and Customer Service.  A work contract will be written and I will provide services for you as a subcontractor on a monthly or yearly salary.   Please keep in mind that I am not a travel wholesaler that works for commissions, but someone that represents one lodge to the best of my ability. Owners will also be required to pay for travel expenses and paid training during familiarizations.

Here are some examples:

• Sales -  I possess the knowledge and understanding of this industry to provide clients with a very distinct set of sales and marketing strategies.

• Expand Group Travel – Promote the expansion of your group travel program.  Delegate time to connect with people that are willing and able to bring groups to the lodge. Educate them about the lodge and empower them to lead hosted group travel.  Set up FAM trips for quality and worthwhile candidates.

• Client Branded Reservations Agent - From a weekend answering service, to a full-time reservation agent, my office can handle it all.  Assist with requests, confirmations, and invoicing for new direct reservations.  There is also the option to hire us for by-the-hour  services like our Pre-Arrival Customer Service Calls or by the month during your busy summers.

• Creation and maintenance of client databases – Help manage and input important data into your database. Clients, agents, travel agents, wholesalers, group leaders, leads, photos, etc.

• Implementing online campaigns that include websites, third-party websites, social networking (Facebook Fan Page, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube), blogs, podcasts, webcams, live chats, webinars, and more.

• Welcome Home Surveys – Help streamline the process of following up with your clients and gathering useful data. Build custom online Welcome-Home surveys.

• Direct Mailings – Retain clients! Send your valued clients Holiday Cards, Birthday Wishes, Special Announcements on a budget.

• Assist with writing and distributing electronic newsletters- Build email newsletters that your clients will actually read and forward to all their friends.

• Update Your Online Brochures, Business Cards, Trade Show Materials, PowerPoint Presentations, Website Photos, Promotional Videos and more.

• Trade Show & Consumer Show representation and/or shipping and handling of your Trade Show Materials
