Our goal is to save you time so that you can take advantage of all that Sarasota and the Suncoast has to offer.

What does the Grocery Delivery cost?

- Total cost of the groceries.

- 10% of your grocery total (with the exception of alcohol).

– Fee of $40 for our services. ($30 for weekly grocery delivery clients)

- We include 15 miles of round trip service from zip code 34231. If over 15 miles we charge 0.50 cents per mile.

If the grocery delivery is going to Longboat Key or Anna Maria Island I drop the extra millage fee and charge an extra flat fee. There is an extra $20.00 delivery charge associated with traveling to Longboat Key and parts of Anna Maria Island. Since it takes me more time and miles to get to this area I have had to raise my rates to continue to offer Grocery Delivery to Longboat Key clients.

Grocery Delivery Payment options:

1. ) Grocery Delivery Payment can be made by personal check made out to Current Concierge LLC and sent to: P.O. Box 22161 Sarasota, Florida, 34276

I understand that this is hard to do with this service because you pay after I deliver the groceries. I keep a credit card number on file and then you can send me a check after the service is provided. If we can time the delivery so you are at the property when I deliver the groceries, you can write me a check then.

2.) Current Concierge is now accepting Credit Cards via Square! What is Square?

We accept the following credit or debit card: Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover – all have the same flat rate.

To keep my rates low and be able to offer credit card processing, if you use a Credit Card I have to pass the fees on to you.

3.5% for keyed-in transactions

I will need to take your card number, expiration, CVV, and your billing zip code over the phone before the service is provided.

Grocery Delivery Terms and Conditions
Current Concierge, LLC Errand Services will be referred to “CC” in this section:
This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a contract between you and CC and applies to your use of the services provided by CC. By placing an order with us, you are indicating that you have read, agreed with and accepted all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any changes to this User Agreement. We last revised this Agreement on March 22,, 2010. CC is an independent contractor for all purposes, except that CC acts as your agent only with respect to custody of your funds. CC does not have control or liability for the products that are purchased from other vendors or retailers. You agree that CC will not be held liable for the ingestion or use of any items delivered that cause any allergies, sickness or death, as we are not the manufacturer of said items. It is not our responsibility to be aware of which products or items may cause you, your family, or friends,harm, and we are not responsible or liable for the misuse of any products or items. It is the policy of CC to purchase only the items ordered, but you agree that CC is not obligated to do so if the items do not meet our satisfaction standards. We reserve the right to not deliver an item ordered if it is unavailable or unsatisfactory. If we have accidentally purchased an unordered item, we guarantee either your money back, or the purchase of a pre-approved replacement item. CC must use the client’s credit card to purchase alcohol. CC may require you to fax a valid Identification Card or Driver’s License for proof of 21 years of age for all alcohol orders, which must
match the name on the order. To receive delivery of alcohol, we require the signature of a person who is over 21 years of age. It is a violation of the law to lie about your age to purchase alcohol, present false identification, or make arrangements with us to purchase alcohol for you if you are under the age of 21 years. We retain the right to not deliver alcohol to anyone for any reason.

Payment
Protecting your privacy is very important to CC. All personal information will be kept confidential. You agree to provide us with your credit card information prior to placing an order and you expressly authorize us to charge your credit card once the order is delivered. After your groceries are delivered, the total cost of the groceries (with the exception of alcohol) plus 10%, as well as the flat fee of $40 for our services will be charged to your credit card ($20 extra charge to Longboat Key & parts of Anna Maria Island). We include 15 Miles of round trip service from our address in zip code 34231. If over 15 miles we charge 0.50 cents per mile. Upon verbal or written consent of the customer, CC reserves the right to charge an additional fee for all services performed above and beyond what we have presented here. We request at least 24 hours notice for all services. Additional charges may apply for rush deliveries.
