It all started when my parents decided to downsize and move to Village Walk in Palmer Ranch. At the time, my wife and I where living in Alaska in the summers and working as the managers of a remote fly-fishing lodge. In the winters we migrated to sunny Sarasota and helped out around town. We noticed a need for house-sitting and home-watch services in Palmer Ranch. We started to help our neighbors and family friends around the community. We spent time waiting for furniture deliveries, power washing homes, setting up house cleanings, and watching homes while they where unoccupied. This was the start of our house watch business here in Sarasota, FL.
