All of Current Concierge services are pre-paid. We use retainer fees or deposits on a case-by-case basis depending on the client and length of service requested.
All fees are based on when Current Concierge begins spending time for request.
Pricing reflect charges for services rendered and do not include charges for your outside vendor services or merchandise purchased to complete request.
Services are charged a minimum of One Hour and then calculated by 15-minute increments.
We request at least 24 hours notice for all services. Additional charges may apply for rush projects.
Mileage is included up to 15 miles. Beyond 15 miles clients are billed at the current IRS rate per mile.
We accept cash, checks, money orders, cashier checks and credit cards via PayPal.
A fee of $35 will be assessed on any and all returned checks.
Cancellations require 24 hours notice. Failure to cancel services will result in full service charge to your account. Cancellations less than 24 hours from the scheduled service are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
