Exterior:

Inspect Grounds For Erosion Problems
Verify security of the home by checking all doors, windows, and garage doors
Inspect exterior of home wear and tear (stucco cracks, paint problems, visible roof damage)
Look for Weather damage -water leaks, wind, etc.
Inspect for Pests and insect infestation
Test Sprinkler systems
Inspect for Lawn and landscaping per contractor agreement
Inspect for Pool, spa and equipment maintained per contractor agreement
Inspect for Lanai and screen enclosure(s)
Look for Mold & mildew - patio, lanai, roof tiles, walls, etc.
Inspect A/C equipment
Inspect outside plumbing
Insure delivered packages go inside

Interior:

Verify all doors and windows are locked and secured
Inspect for lighting problems
Inspect for pest and insect infestation
Inspect for Rain/water damage to ceilings, walls, floors, skylights, windows etc.
Check for Mold & mildew
Plumbing - run faucets, flush toilets, run disposal
Check water heater
Monitor A/C, humistat and thermostat (monitoring according to seasons)
Inspect A/C air handler
Take and record temperature and humidity readings in your home
Appliance monitoring (refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer)
Retrieval of mail, newspapers, flyers - Forward if necessary
Start automobile - upon client request

Current Concierge Home Watch Services stays in touch with each homeowner through regular reports via email, fax or telephone.

*We can take photographs and movie clips of your property upon request.

All fees are based on when Current Concierge begins spending time for request. After the first hour, billing is tracked by 15 minute increments. Mileage is included up to 15 miles. $.50 per mile beyond 15 miles. Rates are based on when Current Concierge begins using our time for your service request. Additional fees may be incurred for requests under 24 hours notice. Fees do not include tolls, parking fees, purchased merchandise, or charges by third party service providers related to client request.
